What types of games can I use in my streams?

Trivia, predictions, and recall games are available to keep your audience engaged. Trivia provide the user 10 seconds to answer the trivia question once they open it. Prediction questions are questions about an unknown outcome from the stream. Typically predictions are used for live streams or premiers so the answer uncovered near real-time. Last recall is a question about previous content to measure past or current session engagement.

Can I customize game content?

Yes! You can determine what prizes, number and type of questions, order of questions and what the question content will be.

Are games free for viewers to play?

Yes our games are free to play. The user just has to sign-in using their Google Account so we can track their answers and performance during the video stream.

Can I create my own trivia questions?

Yes, you will write the questions and answers in the client portal that you want to administer to your viewers.

How do I manage game rewards?

Rewards can be set up in the dashboard to map the tiers or ordering of the prizes. The creator is responsible for coordinating games prize fufillment.

How do viewers win prizes by playing games?

We use a leaderboard mechanic so you have to set-up what users will get for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place or for participation. Or you can just award one top-prize. This placement and prize amoutn is all customizable in the games dashboard.

How do games affect increase user engagement?

Interactive games increase retention by keeping audiences engaged longer when you provide them a game mechanic and a prize to win assuming the game will be running for the entirety of the video stream.

Is there a limit to the number of players in a game?

No but there will be a limit to what prizes can be given out by the creator during the set-up process.

What happens if there’s a technical issue during a game?

Super Streaming automatically saves progress, so viewers can resume where they left off if they get disconnected. They may miss out on answering new questions until they are able to log back in.
