What software or platform requirements do I need to have set-up to use Super Streaming on my videos?

1) you'll need to have a Shopify Seller Account. 2) you need to have available product inventory to sell in Shopify. 3) you'll need to have an active and approved YouTube or Twitch Channel to attach the products to content. Also you will need YouTube or Twitch studio to live stream from if you plan on doing live selling.

What platforms does Super Streaming support?

Super Streaming integrates with YouTube, Twitch for our video streaming. Our mobile web app can be viewed on iOS and Android using the leading browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Edge.

Does Super Streaming charge creators a fee?

Super Streaming is commission based. We charge a fee for commerce sales through our sales channel.

Is there a setup process for new creators?

Yes, but it’s simple. You’ll receive a step-by-step guide and access to support and training during onboarding via email and access to our client portal. All integrations and set-up required are outlined in the client portal.

What kind of support does Super Streaming offer?

You can access all onboarding and training materials in the client portal. You can also reach out to cs@superstreaming.gg if you have an issue you need further help with.

Can I use Super Streaming with multiple social channels?

Yes for on-demand videos, you can put as many products as you'd like on your YouTube and Twitch video libraries. For live selling, you will to use need a third party live streaming software like StreamLabs or Restream to faciliate this.

Is Super Streaming compatible with mobile devices?

Yes, we provide a mobile web app so your viewers can shop and game while they watch your video. Our mobile web app is available on iOS and Android devices and on the Safari, Chrome and Edge browsers.

Does Super Streaming integrate with analytics tools?

Any commerce sales are sent directly to your Shopify Analytics account. We provide additional analytics in our Shopify app for live selling related to viewer bidding events.

We also provide reporting in our client portal for games engagement and activity and betting registrations, deposits and commissions.

Can Super Streaming work with non-live content?

Yes, our tools can be used for recorded (video-on-demand) content, not just live streams.

How secure is Super Streaming?

All viewer transactions occur on our integrated partner platforms like Shopify, DraftKings or FanDuel. We are only certified with the most established leaders in the commerce space so you can feel good your data and financial information is protected.

We are a certified Chrome Developer with XXX certification. That technology is used to build our Chrome Plug-in for desktop.
