How do I participate in Super Streaming features?

If you want to find a content creator that has enabled Super Streaming for their content you can discover content by:

Following their social channels, they will post which streams you can view.
Open up the Super Streaming Directory Page or Mobile App to view enabled events
Download the Super Streaming Chrome Plug-In for Desktop and open up the homescreen to view enabled events

Do I need an account to use Super Streaming?

You do need to create a Super Streaming account to bid on an auction item, complete purchase of an item or play games. All it takes is one-click with your Google Account to Sign-in.

Do I need to download anything to use Super Streaming?

For mobile users you do not have to download anything you can just open up the mobile web app URL.

For desktop users, you do have a download the Google Chrome Plug-In in order to see the interactive features on a desktop browser. Please note this only works for the Chrome or Chromium based Browsers and does not work on Safari.

Can I use Super Streaming on multiple devices?

Yes when register using your Google Account you can sign-in using those same credentials on both mobile and desktop.

What do i need to purchase a shopping item or make a bet?

You will need have a active account on Shopify or an Online Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports site if you want to buy an item or make a bet. If you don't have an account you can always register and create one for free.

What happens if I lose connection during a stream?

If you are participating in a live stream or live selling scenario, you may be outbid by another viewer or miss questions that are available in the games product until your connection is restored. If you are viewing videos that are part of a video library, then you can just resume where you left off after your connection is restored.

Are streams using Super Streaming available after they end?

It is up to the creator to make the Live Streams or Live selling content available after it ends. However, any live auction or live game Super Streaming features using during a live stream will be completed and cannot be replicated again.

Video Libraries enabled with Super Streaming Games, Shopping or Betting are available as long as the content creator or brand wants to make it available for their viewers.

Does Super Streaming collect my personal data?

Super Streaming does collect the information provided as part of the sign-up process and any event behavior and interactions that occur while using our product. We collect this and message you with your provided consent when you register for an account. We also collect user data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.

Any marketing communications or transactional messages you want to unsubscribe to can be done here or in the settings tabs on the mobile web app or chrome plug-in.

Can I opt out of Super Streaming features during a stream?

Yes, participation in games, shopping, or betting is completely optional and user opt-in driven.

Are Super Streaming features available in all languages or internationally?

Super Streaming is only in English at this time.

International viewers can make a purchase in our Shopping product if the content creator allows for international payment acceptance and fufillment via their Shopify account.

For Games, international viewers are allowed to play, but to win prizes the creator has to communicate and determine requirements if they will fulfill the prize internationally.

Betting is only available in the US residents in regulated US states where the creator's sportsbook, daily fantasy sponsor or affiliate partner are licensed to operate in that state.
